Room was spacious and the a/c worked, Thai staff were pleasant.
This Guest house is far too expensive for what it is offering, but all of phuket is expensive (go else where, there are much better places than phuket) but saying that, this guest house is reasonable clean and though you cannot choose what you eat for breakfast , the breakfast was ok, even though it was served on what can only be described as a step, certainly not a terrace. The shower water was only luke warm, the shower curtain was against a large window overlooking the street so no one could see you, just your shadow. You get what you pay for and in Phuket, money doesnt go far.

the boss and his wife are very nice. we asked them some questions about trip. they gave us good choice. they are at hotel from 9a.m to 6p.m. so the guests who want to check in at night must contact them before departure.

Location-it's quite near the beach.
1.Tap water smells terrible. 2.There were no blankets provided for our beds. 3.There were some ants and even a few cockroaches in our rooms. 4.We were told that we had to check in by 6 p.m. since no one would be in the front office after that. This kind of policy should be clearly mentioned in the guesthouse website; otherwise, guests would be misled and very disappointed.

Clean and confortable Guest House near the beach and in a quiet street. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Recommended.

Cheap price in high season, location in active area, close to the beach. Nice owner-european, however enslaved by a typical "thai wife" who turned out to be the least smiley Thai women, I've ever communicated to.
Lots of insects, including kitchen cockroaches, despite hard fighting with them leading to a specific smell downstairs. Discriminational policy to different categories of guests on the subjective basis. Poor cleaning and sheets washing. Old aircons in most rooms. Reception worked until 6 pm only what made some late guests feel awkward. I finally chose another hotel for almost the same price, not far from it, but with pool and facilities.

How helpful and personable the owner and his wife are. They helped us and went out of their way to make sure we got transport back to the airport, and made the stay pleasant and easy.
One of the window's latches were broken and didn't shut, I got bitten during the night by mosquitoes, also it didn't block out the sounds and smells from the street.
